PAYMENT METHODS
Credit Card Payment:
Payment through credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners.
All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank's "Alpha e-Commerce" electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.
Payment upon receipt of the order at your place (cash on delivery):
Pay the partner of our company, with the delivery of your order at your place. The cash on delivery method is valid for the cities: Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, Larissa and throughout Crete (prefectures of Heraklion, Chania, Lassithi and Rethymno) and for the rest of Greece in case the package does not exceed 6kg.
According to the current tax provisions, documents worth more than "0" € (including VAT) to individuals (Retail Receipt) and documents worth more than "0" € (including VAT) to professionals / companies (Sales Invoice) must be paid ONLY in the following ways:
• Deposit / transfer to a bank account
• Credit or debit card debit
Receipt and payment of your order in the store of <Cosmogirl.gr>:
In the final stage of completing the order, select "Receipt from store" in the Shipping Method. If your order is registered by 13:00 and the products are immediately available, then by appointment, the next business day will be in the store. Your order will remain in the store for 10 days after delivery to it. The payment of the order will be made at the cash register of the store upon receipt. In case you choose to pay for your order with a credit card, we inform you that the charge will be made at the store. You must have your credit card with you when paying for the order at the store cashier.
